I did my crawl space last year with a similar kit. Biggest tip: warm the tanks up to 70-75 degrees before use. Cold temperatures kill your yield and mixing ratio.
That is a relief! Should I coat it with anything? I have seen some people apply intumescent paint for fire protection.
