What goes into a spray foam rig

Proportioner

The heart of the rig—heats and meters A and B side material at the right ratio and pressure.

Heated hose & gun

Keeps chemicals at temperature all the way to the gun, often 150–300 feet of hose.

Power & air

A generator sized to the proportioner and an air compressor/dryer for the gun and transfer pumps.

Trailer or box truck

Climate-controlled storage for drums, transfer pumps, recirculation and a clean workspace.
